General Terms and Conditions Zen Ventures reserves the right to refuse the acceptance or offer from any interested party. The Rooms/Apartments/Units available are limited and only certain proportion of the Hotel/Service Apartments are allocated for sale via Internet. The rates stated hereinafter may be refused for any reason and in such case, the potential customer will have to call to the respective Hotels/Apartments or be referred to respective Hotels/Apartments. Peak Period & Festive Seasons - Terms & Conditions The only period during the Year whereby you will be subjected to the additional terms and conditions namely: (i) 1 week advance notice by Phone on Reservation and the Room will be reserve for you until 5pm on the day of reservation. (ii) A Surcharge of RM 50.00 is applicable or 20% of the Tariff Rates (whichever is lower). (iii) For Travel Agents or Agents who bulk purchase Rooms for One or All of the Resorts in this website, Redemption of the Pre-Purchase Units cannot all be redeem during Peak & Festive Seasons and shall not exceed 20% of the Total Pre-purchase Rooms. (iv) The Redemption can be for continuous and consecutive nights stay at the Resort provided it doesn't coincide with Peak Period & Festive Seasons. Peak Period & Festive Seasons (i) School Holidays (inclusive of the last School Day of the Term until the day before the Re-commencement of the Term) (ii) The Eve of Public Holidays (National or State Public Holidays), Public Holidays and if the said Public Holiday falls on a Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun or Monday, the said Weekend shall be treated as peak Season. Public Holidays shall be inclusive of National, State and Singaporean Public Holidays. (iii) Weekends shall be defined as Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Unless otherwise stated hereinafter, a weekend shall not be treated as Peak or Festive Seasons and no surcharge shall apply. LAST UPDATED NOVEMBER 2004.
